In recent years, our lifestyle changed dramatically. In food custom, our main food become from fish to meat. And become a boom of instant food. In means of migration, people become to take a train or car. This causes various diseases, and many people died of illness cause from these lifestyle.
The one reason the people end to die before average age tend to do no good lifestyle, such as get in high cholesterols. All food eats meat or frying food. The case of point is fast-food, like McDonalds, LOTTELIA and so on. Of course, it is good that it eats occasionally or another nutrient supplies by another dishes. But, it is difficult for us to take necessary vitamins or minerals every day. And many people say it is troublesome to take a walk somewhere or take an exercise. Someone said “Even if I have a will to work out, they have no time to do it.”
These bad cycles for health damage our health such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, or cancer. As you know, these illnesses call a life style-related illness. These illness is mainly caused our no good lifestyle. In Japan, these attack rates is increasing rapidly.
Some doctor says ‘The way to inhibit onset of these diseases as much as possible is we should do exercises, and have some vegetables. If you did so, the risk to catch an illness will decrease gradually.’ Commonly, because of change of our life style, the attack rate is increasing. So, it may be your thinking for your health that you could live longer and longer or not.
